Refund policy
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being received (excluding Sundays & holidays).
Our return policy lasts 7 days. We’ll refund your order with no questions asked if you’re able to send back the product to us, in its original packaging, unused, sealed, and without any damage, within 7 days from the date of delivery. For return pickups, a flat charge of ₹125 will be applied and adjusted from your refund amount. The remaining refund will be processed and credited to your wallet, bank account, or card within 15 business days.
Damaged Product Claims
If your package looks damaged when it arrives (torn box, leakage, broken sound inside) —
Please record an unboxing video before opening it.
To raise a claim, send us an email within 24 hours of delivery with:
- The unboxing video (uncut, showing the full package and damage clearly)
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer shipping box
Once verified, we’ll process a replacement or refund as per your preference.
⚠️ Please note: In the event of damage, without a continuous, uncut, unboxing video, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
To ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers, once a replacement has been processed, no further refund or replacement will be provided for the same item.
