Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being received (excluding Sundays and holidays).
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification from us, including a tracking URL/number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Enjoy FREE shipping on orders over ₹599! For orders below ₹599, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies. Additional charges may apply for large or heavy items.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
To ensure a smoother and more reliable delivery experience, we currently offer a Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
- A small advance of ₹199 is payable at checkout to confirm your order
- The remaining amount (including ₹50 handling fee) can be paid at the time of delivery
This helps us minimise failed deliveries and serve you better, with more consistency and care.
Important: In the event of a delivery refusal at the doorstep, the ₹199 advance will be adjusted against logistics costs and is non-refundable.

Once your order is shipped, it begins its journey with our courier partners. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays caused by the courier partners are unfortunately outside our control. In case of delays or delivery issues, please contact the courier directly using the tracking details provided.
